Your rights and obligations when using the GrabOrder platform.
By accessing or using the GrabOrder platform at graborder.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including restaurant owners, staff members, and administrators.

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind any business entity on whose behalf you are acting.
GrabOrder offers both a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is available at graborder.ai/pricing.
All paid plans include a one-time onboarding fee of $500 CAD, payable at the start of your first paid subscription. This fee covers account setup, menu import, Google integration, and onboarding support. The onboarding fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has begun.
By providing payment information, you authorise GrabOrder to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee. The onboarding fee is excluded. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@graborder.ai within 30 days of your first payment.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of this section.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (menus, images, descriptions, customer data). By uploading content, you grant GrabOrder a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful material.
The Service uses AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude) to help generate website copy, email content, FAQs, dish descriptions, and other materials. You acknowledge that:
The GrabOrder platform, including its software, design, logos, and proprietary features, is owned by GrabOrder and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use GrabOrder's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Stripe, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. GrabOrder is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GrabOrder does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that any results obtained from using the Service (including revenue projections) will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrabOrder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GrabOrder in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrabOrder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. GrabOrder may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export is available upon request within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
