Do I pay per location or per account?
Growth and Pro plans cover a single location. Enterprise covers unlimited locations under one dashboard. If you're running multiple branches, Enterprise is built for you — your customers earn and redeem stamps at every location, and you manage everything from one screen.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no paperwork.
Is the annual plan billed upfront?
Yes — annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of the year. You save 20% compared to monthly billing. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans too.
