Why we built GrabOrder.

We started working with restaurant owners and saw the same problem everywhere. The restaurant down the street was incredible β€” the food, the team, the atmosphere β€” but they had a broken Google listing, no loyalty program, a website from 2019, and zero marketing automation. They were losing customers they'd already earned.

The tools that could fix this existed β€” but they were scattered across Mailchimp, Yext, OpenTable, Birdeye, Square, and six other platforms. Each one required its own login, its own budget, its own learning curve. Most restaurant owners gave up before they got started.
