Read more on Google →I just placed an order (Order #DAC51, UberEats, Feb 19 at 5:51 pm) for chicken biryani and specifically requested extra raita because last time, the raita I received tasted old and was inedible. I called the store and spoke with NOOR, who said the kitchen was busy. FYI: REGARDLESS of how busy you are, I paid the full amount for my order and expect to receive what I requested. Charging for extras is fine, but my concern is that I clearly mentioned the issue before, and it’s disappointing that being “busy” is given as a reason for not fulfilling my request. As a paying customer, I expect my order to be made properly. Very dissapointing! EDITED REVIEW📍 I truly appreciate the owner for personally reaching out and taking the initiative to resolve the issue. I’m thankful that my order was replaced with the mildest spice level and that I received the correct items this time. Sincere and great customer service really makes a big difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
