What a wonderful surprise ! Decided to try out Pardhan on a whim looking at great reviews and was not disappointed at all. While the restaurant was smaller then we expected and more on the lines of quick serve and take out, but it was adequate for us. We ordered Fish Tikka, Saag Chicken and Veg Thali. The food was fantastic, chicken and fish tasted very fresh, Saag was as authentic as it can be I am lactose intolerant so cannot eat butter / ghee so they made sure the food comes out to be minimal on that. Customer service was excellent , they checked on us few times on how food tasted. Chef also checked on us to see if we have any feedback or any concerns. Priced well , excellent portions , great customer service. We are coming back again !
Read more on Google →We drove all the way from Seattle in search of authentic saag and makai di roti, and after reading the reviews we decided to try this restaurant—and oh my god, it was absolutely worth the trip! The saag and makai di roti were perfect, with that real Punjabi flavor that instantly brought back memories of Lahore. The hospitality was incredible. They welcomed us with complimentary tea and besan ki mathai, and even offered us ulsi ke ladoo (channa ki pinni) that they were preparing for another order. Tasting those took us straight back to winter days in Lahore. The food is 10/10, and the hospitality is 10/10 too. If you’re craving true Punjabi home-style flavors, this place is a must-visit!
