We tried the mixed kebab platter for two, künefe, ayran, and lahmacun at Ozikizler Canada and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic and perfectly cooked. The mixed kebab was generous and tasty, the lahmacun was fresh and flavorful, and the künefe was the perfect sweet ending. The staff and service were amazing — very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend! 😊
Great place for delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine! The dining area is pretty large once you walk in, it's bright and clean. On the way to the tables you walk past the kitchen area and the large display cases with various desserts and some holding cases for meats so you can tell everything is fresh. Service is excellent, the wait staff are friendly and eager to answer any questions about the menu. On the menu, there are loads of dish options ranging from various grilled meat dishes to a large assortment of meze (dips). We were there for lunch so shared the Sogurme dip and Lahmacun pita. The dip came with pita bread which was more like a foccacia bread than the usual flat type bread. It was nice as it was more sturdy and thus held the dip better. Loads of garlic and smoky grilled eggplant flavours. The pita was huge, and the toppings were nicely balanced.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very satisfying — we left feeling full and happy. A special thank you to our server, Ali, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The service was very fast, and he made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the meal. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Incredibly great place to have dinner. I haven’t tried breakfast but I am sure it should be awesome. There are 15 tables are full and service is super fast. We waited not even 5 min for our orders. As a Turkish, the taste is the same as you can eat in Turkey too. If you want to celebrate or make your day exceptional, come here!
Great experience with Ali as our waiter at Ozikizler! He was kind and attentive 😊. The food was delicious and flavourful with lots of options! We tried some starters and a main the portions were very good! We were there for happy hour that runs from 11am-3pm Mon-Fri. 15% off very generous. They have traditional Turkish breakfast on the weekends so we definitely want to try that next time! The restaurant felt clean and well kept.
