Ozikizler Turkish Restaurant

We tried the mixed kebab platter for two, künefe, ayran, and lahmacun at Ozikizler Canada and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic and perfectly cooked. The mixed kebab was generous and tasty, the lahmacun was fresh and flavorful, and the künefe was the perfect sweet ending. The staff and service were amazing — very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Highly recommend! 😊

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Özikizler! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The food was out of this world—every dish was packed with authentic Turkish flavors, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. A special thanks to Mehmet , Ali and Lojaın for their outstanding customer service—they went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The chef deserves a huge shoutout as well for preparing the most incredible dishes and the best Kunafa I have ever tasted—it was truly unforgettable and melted in my mouth! Every detail, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation of the food, showed the love and care that goes into this restaurant. Whether you’re coming for a casual meal, a special occasion, or just to enjoy world-class desserts, Özikizler delivers excellence every time. first real time trying turkish cuisine and i liked it so much! We got the mutabbel and lamb shish kebab and it was sooo good. For me idk why i felt there was something missing a little bit?(like the marinating of the onions was enough or just overall lack of acidity even with the added lemon?) but i still enjoyed it THOROUGHLY. The server was so sweet and was consistently making sure everything was to our satisfaction. For dessert we got the classic kunefe and a turkish coffee and (although i can’t say the coffee was my favourite) the kunefe was SPECTACULAR. i will be dreaming about it every single day until i come back. We visited Ozikizler Turkish Restaurant on a Tuesday night and really enjoyed it. The muammara walnut dip was a standout with great flavour and freshness. We also ordered the Mixed Kebap, which had impressive presentation and amazing flavours. The portions were generous and everything tasted authentic. The selection of food is also very impressive. The ambiance felt genuinely authentic and added to the whole experience. Overall, it is a solid spot for Turkish food in Surrey and we will definitely be back. We want to come back for the full Turkish breakfast experience.

Ambiance: very clean, beautiful decor, and I enjoyed the cultural music. Server: Ali, was very kind, gave timely service, and was very helpful when asked questions. Food: I had the chicken shish kebab. Very good portions, and had a nice balance of flavors. I enjoyed that the side was bulgar, it was very good. Very good portions for the price. The lunch special is very good, if you order a main you either get 15 percent off, or 4 other items for free. I recommend coming here!
